The eighth North American edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit will feature organic & eco-labels, sustainable ingredients, and health impacts. The executive summit will take place in San Francisco on 30-31st January 2018. It comprises four dedicated sessions over two days.
Since 2009, the Sustainable Foods has been discussing leading issues the food industry faces concerning sustainability and eco-labels, such as Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, etc. Like the previous seven editions, the summit will bring together key stake-holders in the food industry that include food companies, ingredient & raw material suppliers, retailers & distributors, industry organizations & certification agencies, researchers & academics, investors, etc.
